Aavelin Option: MPEG Encoder/Decoder: The MediaHub is an Encoder/Decoder
that allows the user to encode video directly to the harddrive for playback. The Unit
contains a 160 gig hard drive. 3 mirrored ASI outputs. MPEG & Dolby
stereo audio. For broadcast or studio encoder applications. Field upgradable to
MPEG 2 HD 420. With SD Video this allows the user to playback 62 hours of content
at a 5 megabit encode rate. Single video output means that you cannot have
confidence encoding occurring at the same time as playback. The MediaHub can be
a stand-alone system or controlled by the Aavelin over IP. MPEG video passed
through the Aavelin can be full screen or in a scalable window. Requires 2-3 hours of

Aavelin Option: MPEG Streaming Encoder: Edje MPEG 4 IP streaming encoder
w/MPEG audio. Takes a composite video input and outputs both an MPEG 2 file as
well as an IP Stream. Streaming MPEG video can be broadcast over an IP network
and decoded using VLAN decoding software, Amino Set Top Box or Streaming
Decoder.

Aavelin Option: Training: MagicBox software training is available via the web. A
one-hour training session hosted by MagicBox covers Aavelin Composer Software
and optional software components. Training includes one Web Connection. This
virtual training class can include multiple trainees. For each additional Web
Connection add $35 per hour.

interface to Aavelin Unit. This support is included with the purchase of the AVEdjeHD
